Our Comprehensive Services
At Bromley & Broyles Dental, we focus on restorative dentistry that also improves aesthetics. Our advanced services can help you restore the look and function of your teeth, strengthen them, and build confidence. Repairing chips, cracks, fractures, and decay when they are small can also help save you time and money in the long run. Our restorations are amalgam-free, which also provides cosmetic benefits.
We offer all the following restorative and cosmetic services:
We use the iTero Intraoral Scanner for advanced and efficient digital imaging. This technology's speed and accuracy allows us to provide precise diagnostics and treatment without the need for goopy impressions.
Because there are many treatments not covered by insurance, we offer additional payment options. Our B&B Club allows you to receive the care you need and eliminates the limitations of traditional insurance plans. There is no waiting period, no deductible, and no maximum with our club membership. The plan is very affordable and includes valuable discounts on essential services, both restorative and cosmetic.
Amalgam-Free Restorations
Many patients are concerned about dental amalgam. Also known as "silver fillings," amalgam was once very common. Amalgam is easy to see when you smile, and some people worry about the potential side-effects. At Bromley & Broyles Dental, we have replaced amalgam with composite resin. These natural colored materials are durable and discreet.
Why Do You Need a Filling?
Even if you take care of your teeth, you might need a filling now and then. Fillings are one of the most common restorative dental treatments. Cavities form when bacteria penetrate the surface of your enamel. Over time, this can cause infection and deterioration of the enamel. Fillings prevent bacteria from getting deep into the tooth and threatening the inner root.
Our amalgam-free fillings are strong and beautiful and can last for many years with proper care. Fillings usually take a single office visit. Treatment only requires a few minutes to remove the decay and fill the area with the composite material. We can perform more than one filling at a time or combine the treatment with other procedures. Inlays and onlays are another way to restore a tooth when the decay is too large for a filling, but not big enough to need a crown. Before treatment, Dr. Bromley or Dr. Broyles will explain your treatment options. You always have the final say about what dental care you receive.
Beautiful Porcelain Crowns
Crowns are ideal for both restoring a tooth and making it look better. A crown strengthens a weak tooth so you can bite down more forcefully. In some cases, a crown is the best way to match the appearance of a damaged tooth to the healthy teeth around it. A porcelain crown covers the entire visible surface of a tooth and can:
- Repair chips and cracks
- Correct damage from grinding
- Restore a tooth with a large cavity
- Support a dental bridge
- Improve a misshapen or discolored tooth
- Complete a dental implant
Crowns often serve dual purposes, being a great restorative option as well as an effective cosmetic solution. Daily brushing and flossing and regular visits to our dentist can keep your crown healthy and beautiful for many years.
Replacing Teeth with Fixed Bridges
A dental bridge is a restoration that replaces two or more consecutive missing teeth. A bridge can restore your ability to chew and eat normally. With a fixed bridge, the replacement teeth are supported by your two natural teeth on either side. Each of these teeth receives a dental crown to strengthen them, with a prosthetic tooth creating the bridge between them. A dental bridge is sturdy and durable and can be an economical way to replace missing teeth.
Full & Partial Dentures
Partial dentures can replace one to several teeth, and full or complete dentures can replace all the teeth in a dental arch (upper or lower). Dentures are custom made to fit comfortably and securely. Our iTero digital scanner enables us to fabricate dentures precisely for the best results possible.
Dentures are held in place with suction and adhesive, and they need to be removed and cleaned every night. Full or partial dentures can restore your ability to chew and talk comfortably and help you feel more confident in your smile.
Restoring Health & Beauty
In addition to restorative care, we also offer orthodontic and cosmetic treatments. These treatments are specially selected to support lasting dental health and enhance your smile.
Veneers: Veneers are thin porcelain shells placed over the visible front surfaces of teeth. They can completely restore the appearance of a discolored or misshapen tooth. We offer veneers made of either composite or porcelain to meet your aesthetic needs.
Teeth Whitening: Our in-office whitening can brighten your teeth several shades in as little as half an hour. We use professional-grade whitening agents and technologies that are gentle and safe. We'll also advise you on how to maintain your results with our take-home whitening options.
